FY2010 Congregate and Home Delivered Meals

AgeOptions, the Area Agency on Aging of suburban Cook County, is seeking Letters of Intent for FY 2010 Congregate and Home Delivered Meals (October 1, 2009, to September 30, 2010). Public, private, not-for-profit and proprietary organizations may submit letters for delivery of congregate or home delivered meals at specific sites outlined in the attached document. Letters of Intent are due on Friday, July 17, 2009, at 4 p.m. at the AgeOptions office.

AgeOptions is EXTENDING the due date for this Letter of Intent process for FY 2010 Congregate and Home Delivered Meals for sites that were not extended from FY 2009 to FY 2010 due to under performance. Revised Due Dates are reflected in the updated Letter of Intent below. Please note this is a separate process from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) nutrition solicitation.
